A growing company is seeking motivated associates for its customer service team, focusing on life insurance for working families. This full-time, commission-only role offers comprehensive training and the potential for significant earnings based on sales performance, with flexible opportunities for those not yet licensed.
Due to the rapid expansion of our company, we are looking to hire new associates for our customer service team. Our company works with 45,000 union workers in California who require personal customer care. As a result of increased demand from our client base, we are seeking highly motivated workers to counsel and serve working families.
However, our service team is selective. We are looking for qualified candidates who have experience in customer service or sales, and who are flexible, adaptable, and trainable. This is a full-time position.
WHO WE MARKET TO: We specialize in life insurance to protect different areas for families with average income and health. We have many requests for insurance through our niche market but not enough agents to meet this demand.
HOW WE GET PAID: This is a commission-only role! The commission schedule is designed to help you start earning quickly. You could be paid within a week of writing your first policy. Our average sale nationwide is for $1,000 in annual premium, with a bonus structure where associates can earn $600 from just one sale.
TRAINING WE PROVIDE: We offer comprehensive training to help you sell policies quickly. You will receive training on our carriers, products, and sales scripts. Our goal is to help you make money! If you want to grow an agency, we can assist you in achieving that within months.
