A rapidly expanding company is seeking new associates for its customer service team to cater to union workers in California. This full-time commission-only role offers training and the opportunity to grow your own agency while serving working families in life insurance.
Due to the rapid expansion of our company, we are looking to hire new associates for our customer service team. Our company works with 45,000 union workers in California who require personal customer care. As a result of increased demand from our client base, we seek highly motivated workers to counsel and serve working families.
However, our service team is selective. We are looking for qualified candidates with experience in customer service or sales, who are flexible, adaptable, and trainable. This is a full-time position.
WHO WE MARKET TO: We specialize in life insurance to protect families in our niche market with average income and health. We have many requests for insurance but not enough agents to meet this demand.
HOW WE GET PAID: This is a commission-only role. The commission schedule is designed to help you earn quickly, with potential payment within a week of writing your first policy. Our average sale nationwide is $1,000 in annual premium, with some agents earning $600 from just one sale.
TRAINING WE PROVIDE: We offer comprehensive training on our carriers, products, and sales scripts to help you sell policies efficiently. We aim to help you make money and grow your own agency within months if desired.
