Ervin Cable Construction LLC is seeking a Supervisor Telecom Construction Underground to oversee underground telecommunications crews, ensuring safe, timely, and accurate installation, maintenance, and repair of customer equipment.

The role requires knowledge of telecom construction, excavation equipment, poles, and the ability to operate digger derrick and trenching gear. Travel is 100% with routes across FL, GA, LA, NC, TX.

Competenze

• Associates Degree in a related field or 3 years of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory and/or managerial experience.
• Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and/or repair of telecommunications equipment to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and safety in completion.
• Supervise day to day activities and project progress, establish guidance on project execution and ensure compliance with predetermined project deliverables.
• Ensure excellent communication with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist in an assigned area, department or project.
• Identify and course correct project issues and risks, and assist in the development of response plans to resolve.
• Understand current and future business goals and ongoing issues.

This Position Requires 100% Travel And Has The Potential Of a Minimum Of 5 Weeks Out At a Time, Depending On The Work Needed. Current Project Routes Include

• Miami, FL to Orlando, FL
• Miami, FL to Tampa, FL
• Tallahassee, FL to New Orleans, LA
• Tallahassee, FL to Atlanta, GA
• Augusta, GA to Charlotte, NC
• Atlanta, GA to Houston, TX
