Contact providers, pharmacies, and healthcare offices to gather clinical information needed for Medicare Part D appeal reviews.
Support prior authorization and appeals processes through pharmacy technician-level case review and documentation.
Accurately maintain and update case information across multiple systems.
Manage a high-volume workload while meeting established turnaround times and service level agreements (SLAs).
Consistently achieve quality, productivity, and performance goals.
Active Pharmacy Technician Certification.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Active State Board of Pharmacy Technician License/Registration.
At least 2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience.
Minimum 1 year of Microsoft Office experience, including:
Outlook (email and calendar management)
Word (document creation and editing)
Excel (data sorting, spreadsheet editing, basic formulas, and VLOOKUP functions)

This is a Contract position based out of Tucson, AZ.
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
