Law Firms in the United States seeks an experienced trademark paralegal to independently manage U.S. and international trademark portfolios while working closely with attorneys to contribute to growth in the practice.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of trademark paralegal experience in a law firm.

• Manage U.S. and international trademark portfolios from clearance and filing through registration and maintenance.
• Prepare and file U.S. trademark applications, Statements of Use, extension requests, renewals, declarations of use, assignments, and other USPTO filings.
• Prepare and coordinate responses to Office Actions and other trademark prosecution matters under attorney supervision.
• Handle Madrid Protocol applications, subsequent designations, renewals, and related WIPO correspondence.
• Coordinate with foreign counsel on international trademark prosecution, maintenance, oppositions, and related matters.

• Manage U.S. and international trademark portfolios from clearance and filing through registration and maintenance.


• Prepare and file U.S. trademark applications, Statements of Use, extension requests, renewals, declarations of use, assignments, and other USPTO filings.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $95,000 to $130,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
