Job Summary
Responsible for cleaning, analyzing, interpreting, and displaying data using business intelligence tools. Support a select group of digital tools and solutions, manage implementation and migration of data, lead solution demonstrations and training, provide collateral, and serve as an escalation point for troubleshooting non‑common issues and user onboarding.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support a selected group of digital tools and solutions and manage the implementation of business process modifications, project management training, and communications across the organization and targeted user base.
- Lead the demonstration of solutions and training for users on internal digital technology, provide collateral and updated training documents, and serve as an escalation point to troubleshoot non‑common issues and user onboarding.
- Assist with planning, organizing, and executing all administrative tasks for a project.
- Observe project activities to ensure contribution by team members.
- Perform incidental project coordination including planning, research, analysis, and implementation of deliverables and action items.
- Act as project sub‑task lead on small projects.
- Assign numerical value to essential business functions to assess and compare performance over time.
- Prepare reports for management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
- Prepare final analysis reports for stakeholders to understand the data‑analysis steps enabling them to make crucial decisions based on various facts and trends.

- Familiarity with the eCommerce industry is a plus.

High Level Overview – Data Support
- Audit data such as error reports.
- Data updates in eCommerce migrations.
- Identify new trends in data updates.
- Support new features related to websites that Wesco supports.
- Migration: uploads, spreadsheet prep for importing into new backend systems.
- Sunsetting legacy profiles.
- Document/SOP clean‑ups and folder management for Digital Support.
