As a hybrid real estate agent based in Miami, you will manage showings, consultations, and transactions from listing to closing, leveraging The Source Edge and marketing engine to build your pipeline

Qualifications

• Experience in residential and/or investment transactions.
• Strong sales skills and the ability to generate, convert, and retain leads.
• Client-first mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Comfort with hybrid work and digital tools.
• Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple transactions.
• Reliable transportation for showings across South Florida.
• Fluency in English; Spanish or Creole is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and nurture leads, represent buyers and sellers in residential and investment transactions.
• Manage the full cycle from first consultation to closing—showings, listing presentations, offers, inspections, appraisals, and documentation—using The Source Edge and our marketing engine to grow faster.
