Job summary

SC Johnson is offering a TOPS internship designed to expose students to multiple disciplines including Marketing, RD&E, Finance/Accounting, IT and Supply Chain. The program is project-based and provides mentorship and leadership exposure within a global company.

Internships run for 10 weeks, are full-time, Monday through Friday, and are not eligible for remote work or relocation. Returning TOPS interns may receive a return offer in the future.

Qualifications

• Alignment with a career interest that SCJ roles support (Marketing, RD&E, Finance/Accounting, IT or Supply Chain).
• New members must be a current junior or senior and attend a City of Racine high school.
• Must be pursuing a 4-year degree at college or university.

Responsibilities

• Project-Based Work: Engage in assignments driven by critical business needs.
• Cross-Functional Exposure: Collaborate with Finance, Research, RD&E, Supply Chain, HR, Marketing.
• Professional Development: Training, coaching, mentorship to build business acumen.
• Career Pathway: TOPS leads to our functional internship program with potential return offer.
