Job summary

10 South Wedding Venue is seeking a friendly and experienced bartender to join our team for weekend events in Janesville, Wisconsin. You will craft and serve beverages, manage bar setup and breakdown, and ensure guests receive excellent service in a lively wedding environment.

We value professionalism, reliability, and a passion for hospitality. This part-time role offers a $300 guarantee per shift plus tips, with shifts Fri–Sun afternoons/evenings at our scenic 10 South venue.

Qualifications

• Experienced in bartending and serving in fast-paced events.
• Strong customer service and professionalism.
• Able to stand for long periods and be on your feet.
• Lives within 30 minutes of 10 South.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and break down bar with liquor, serving ware, etc. according to event specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar.
• Serve beverages in a responsible manner according to Wisconsin state liquor laws and rules set in place by 10 South.
• Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner and fulfill drink requests accordingly.
• In some cases, receive payment from guests and process/make change accordingly.

• Someone with a full-time job who has the flexibility to work Friday afternoons, Saturdays, and/or late on Sundays
• Experienced in bartending
