Job summary

Cromwell Public Schools seeks a paraeducator for Cromwell High School. This is a 1-year position for 30 hours per week (7:45 am - 2:15 pm). The role involves supporting students with disabilities and working under the direction of teachers in diverse classrooms, possibly including therapy activities and field trips.

Responsibilities may include lifting, life-skill instruction, and other duties as assigned by the teacher or building principal. Strong commitment to student support is essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree, 60 college credits, or a passing score on the Para Pro Assessment.
• Experience working with children preferred.
