Job summary

M&T Bank Corporation invites new graduates to join the Management Development Program in Buffalo, NY. The one-year non-rotational assignment blends ten weeks of Core Training with twelve months of On-the-Job training, licensing support, and mentorship to prepare future Financial Advisors.

Participants will work with Advisors, product partners, and operations teams, complete FINRA and state licensing, and develop skills in financial planning, relationship management, and risk and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree candidate; MBA optional.
• Up to 1 year of work experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven analytical, presentation, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and complete a one-year non-rotational training program.
• Receive job-specific training in banking, leadership, and communications.
• Complete licensing (Series 7, 66, Life/Health) within program.
• Collaborate with advisors and partners on client-related tasks.
