Job summary

Birch Tree Academy in Woodinville is seeking a Lead Preschool Teacher to guide classroom learning, partner with assistants, and create a safe, engaging environment for early learners.

You will plan daily lessons aligned with curriculum, support social and academic development, and communicate with families. This role requires 1 year of childcare experience, 18+ years old, and WA licensing compliance; CPR/First Aid is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of childcare experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must meet Washington State licensing requirements for education and experience.
• CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to nurture and care for young children in a safe, engaging environment.
