The coach will work primarily 1:1 in specialized lab spaces and in community-based internships, collaborating with teachers, coordinators, and site supervisors to align with IEP goals and student needs.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; degrees preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years supporting individuals with diverse disabilities.
• Schedule Flexibility: non-standard hours including early mornings, after-school, weekends.
• Certifications: valid driver's license; CPR/First Aid certification if needed.
• Clearances: background checks and state child abuse clearances.

Aufgaben

• Work 1:1 and in small groups to teach foundational pre-employment skills.
• Supervise students in district vocational labs (culinary, retail, admin, grocery).
• Onboard and support students in community internships and job shadow sites.
• Teach job-search skills: resume, interview prep, applications, travel training.
