Chandler Unified School District 80 is seeking a paraeducator for inclusion/resource support, working 1:1 with a student in the special education program. The role requires assisting with instructional tasks, data collection, and behavior support under supervision.

The position is full-time with a ~6.5 hour day and benefits including health and retirement plans. Starting pay is $17.32 per hour, with opportunities for experience-based increases and annual performance pay up to $600.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree or 60 college credits, or Parapro exam passing score.
• CPR/First Aid certification provided by district.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional support under supervision of the special education teacher.
• Assist with social-emotional development and behavior plans.
• Actively supervise students during all school activities and field trips.
