Starting pay is determined by education and experience: at least $14.47 per hour for those with less than a 2-year degree, or at least $14.80 per hour for those with a 2-year degree or coursework.

• Minimum of high school or GED; post-secondary education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work under the directive of the Special Education teacher.
• Serve as a one-on-one assistant to a specific student throughout the school day.
