Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a 1:1 School Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract, full-time assignment in Everett, WA. The nurse will oversee nursing processes and deliver individualized student care in a school setting, following physician orders and district/agency policies.

Qualified RNs with state license, school nursing experience preferred, pediatric experience preferred, CPR current, and ability to meet state and district requirements are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in state(s) where practicing.
• 1 year of school nursing experience preferred.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• CPR certification current.
• TB questionnaire/PPD or chest X-ray if applicable.
• Current health certificate per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

The 1:1 School Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible foroverseeing the implementation of the nursing process and deliveringindividualized student care within the school environment. This role ensuresthat all services are provided in alignment with physician orders and inaccordance with the standards, policies, and philosophy of both the SchoolDistrict and Amergis Healthcare.

Minimum Requirements:

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in state(s) wherepracticing
• One year of school nursing experience, preferred
• Pediatric experience, preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
