The Stepping Stones Group, LLC seeks a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for a contracted, school-based 1:1 placement in Fort Wayne, IN for the 26/27 school year. This full-time role supports a local K-12 district with on-site nursing services.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Indiana is required.
• Current BLS CPR/AED certification.
• Competency in pediatric care, airway/vent management, and meds administration.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• School-based nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain continuous observation of the assigned student during school.
• Manage chronic conditions and assist per care plans.
• Provide first aid and administer medications.
• Document care and communicate with school teams.
• Accompany student during transport and community activities.
• Report status changes to supervising RN and family.
