Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians for a school-based contract in Carlsbad, CA for the 2026-2027 school year. The role provides 1:1 support to students in collaboration with a special education team.

You will work full-time, Monday to Friday, during school-day hours, providing behavioral and academic support, collecting data, and assisting with routines. Personal care duties may be required.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Must be comfortable providing personal care, including toileting and changing.
• Strong communication and patience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated 1:1 behavioral and academic support
• Implement individualized behavior intervention strategies
• Collect and document student data
• Assist students with classroom routines and transitions
• Support students with personal care needs, including toileting and changing
• Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and special education staff
