Job summary

RXinsider LTD. in San Marcos, CA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide dedicated 1:1 behavioral support to a student during the school day.

This hands-on role focuses on helping the student progress academically, behaviorally, and socially within a district setting. You will collaborate with teachers and the support team, implement behavior intervention plans, track data, and help with routines, toileting and personal care as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician credential.
• Experience with students with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Comfortable providing toileting and changing assistance.
• Reliable, patient, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent 1:1 support to an assigned student
• Implement behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs
• Track student progress and behavioral data
• Support classroom routines and transitions
• Provide personal care assistance as needed
• Assist with toileting, changing, and other student care needs
• Collaborate with the educational and behavioral support team
