Affirmed Home Care, Inc. in Liberty, NJ is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver skilled, 1:1 nursing care for a pediatric patient at home.

The role offers a daytime, private duty schedule—Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, about 24 hours per week—with a supportive family and clinical team, focused on safety, growth, and continuity of care.

NJ RN license and BLS required; G-tube care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license.
• Experience with G-tube care and feedings preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care focused on safety, comfort, and clinical stability.
• Administer and monitor G-tube feedings.
• Perform routine G-tube care and assessments.
• Monitor health status and report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the family and pediatric clinical team to ensure continuity of care.
