Qualifications

• Be at least eighteen years of age and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Meet one of the specified qualification paths (degree, credits, apprenticeship, or PESB assessments).
• May be required to complete behavior modification programs including safe physical restraining training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students for safety and positive learning environments.
• Administer tests, update records, and track student progress.
• Monitor behavior and support individual educational growth.
• Provide clerical help and classroom assistance as needed.
• Administer first aid and assist with medical needs of students.
• Assist with personal care and lifting for physically dependent students.
