Job summary

Kingswood Regional Middle School is seeking a caring 1:1 paraprofessional to support a middle school student academically and socially. The role includes following up instructional tasks, data collection, and collaboration with the special education team.

The paraprofessional will assist with behavioral support and work as part of a cooperative team. Position is 15 hours per week during the school year, with possible scheduling flexibility based on student needs.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with special needs is preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication with teachers.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 instructional and behavioral support.
• Assist with data collection and progress monitoring.
