Responsibilities

• Custom Lesson Design: create multi-sensory, tailored lesson plans for each student.
• Targeted Intervention: 1:1 literacy, writing, and/or math support focusing on foundational skills.
• Relationship-Based Coaching: build trust and support student emotional and academic growth.
• Progress Tracking: detailed notes and communicate insights with families and team.
