Chelmsford Public Schools seeks a dedicated LPN to provide 1:1 medical and ADL support at Chelmsford High School for a student with specialized health needs. The nurse will also assist in classroom accommodations so the student can access learning.

The ideal candidate holds MA LPN licensure, CPR/AED certification, and pediatric experience, with a focus on clear communication and maintaining confidentiality in a school setting.

Qualifications

• MA LPN license is required.
• Current CPR and AED certification from a recognized provider.
• Experience in pediatrics or child health preferred.
• Strong communication with students, families and staff.
• Ability to respond quickly in emergencies and protect confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 medical and ADL support for a student in a school setting.
• Assist with accommodations to access learning in the special education classroom.
• Collaborate with school staff to monitor health needs and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain accurate confidentiality and professional communication with parents and team members.
