BAYADA Home Health Care in Sayre, PA is seeking an LPN for private duty home health care. You will travel to client homes, perform assessments, document interventions, and ensure high-quality care for both adult and pediatric clients in Bradford County.

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
