ACCEL Schools is seeking a 1:1 Instructional Aide at Fairfield Preparatory Academy in Hamilton, Ohio. The role supports the Teacher with classroom activities and helps promote positive student behavior in academics and extracurriculars.

The incumbent will assist with lesson support, planning, and parent relations while helping maintain a safe, constructive classroom environment. Requirements include an associate degree or equivalent, MS Office proficiency, and a successful background check.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or two years of college coursework or Paraprofessional’s Exam is required.

Responsibilities

• Support lessons taught by the teacher to individual students or groups.
• Assist with classroom activities and support teacher planning and parent relations.
• Help with school activities and events such as assemblies, field trips, and committees.
• Performs clerical duties like grading papers and making copies.
• Assist with classroom technology and maintain cleanliness of classrooms and common areas.
