Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking Registered Nurses to provide one-on-one care in patients' homes across the Dane County area. You will work independently with clinical team support, building meaningful relationships with patients and families.

Roles include full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with weekly pay at $38-$44 per hour. Benefits cover health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, 401(k), and paid hands-on training. Training and clinical support accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Strong nursing and communication skills.
• Pediatric or home care experience preferred but not required.

This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and families while working independently with the support of a dedicated clinical team.
