Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking Registered Nurses to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes across the Wauwatosa area. Flexible full-time and part-time opportunities offer competitive pay and the chance to deliver one-on-one care in a familiar setting.

You will assess health status, document findings, and collaborate with families and healthcare teams. A valid Wisconsin RN license, BLS/CPR, and ability to pass TB test are required; experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license in Wisconsin.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Previous nursing experience preferred (1 year or more).
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care per physician orders and care plans.
• Assess, monitor, and document patients' physical and emotional health status.
• Identify changes in patient conditions and communicate findings.
