Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Racine, WI is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to provide high‑quality in‑home care for adults and children. This role offers flexible scheduling and meaningful one‑on‑one patient impact.

You will assess, monitor and document health status, follow physician orders, and collaborate with families and healthcare teams to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license in Wisconsin.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Previous nursing experience preferred (1 year or more).
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
• Assess, monitor, and document patients' health status.
• Identify changes in patient conditions and communicate findings appropriately.
• Develop and implement individualized care interventions.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure quality care.
