Job summary

Hallway Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for full-time in Winnemucca, NV. The role involves 12-hour shifts (Thu-Sun, 7pm-7am) with competitive hourly pay and in-home 1:1 patient care for nuclear workers and others.

Responsibilities include documentation in Alayacare, direct patient care under RN/LPN supervision, daily living assistance, vital signs, and safe transport. EMR experience and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience; EMR experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Shifts: 12-hour, Thu-Sun 7pm-7am.

Responsibilities

• Complete documentation on Alayacare by end of each shift.
• Provide direct patient care under supervision of RN or LPN.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, cooking, feeding, light housekeeping).
• Monitor and record vital signs (BP, temp, pulse).
• Assist with patient assessments and report changes to nursing staff.
• Transport patients to appointments or errands.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Maintain a clean and safe home environment.
