Job summary

RCM Health Care Services is seeking an In-Home 1:1 Paraprofessional / Academic Support Coach in Oxford, PA. The role provides one-on-one educational and motivational support to a student at home, helping with classes, assignments, and navigating online learning platforms.

Shift is Tue/Thu/Fri 9:00 AM–12:00 PM (9–10 hours/week) for the school year. Requires patience, organization, and strong communication with family and school team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• College coursework in education or psychology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize daily schedules, assignments and school responsibilities.
• Assist the student with understanding and completing homework and tasks.
• Guide the student through online or remote learning platforms.
• Encourage attendance and participation in live classes.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and concerns to parents/guardians and supervising school team.
