Job summary

Advanceable ABA in Winchester, VA is seeking part-time Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism. You will work 1:1 under BCBA supervision, delivering personalized therapy plans in clients’ homes and communities.

We offer flexible afternoon/evening shifts, paid training, PTO, RBT certification and renewal support, and employee referral bonuses. Travel to local families is required and growth opportunities exist within ABA.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes in the Winchester, VA area
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Implement individualized behavior treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Teach communication, social, play, daily-living and behavioral skills
• Use reinforcement and other evidence-based ABA strategies
• Collect accurate session data and complete clinical documentation
• Participate in BCBA supervision and clinical training
• Communicate professionally with families and members of the clinical team
• Provide services primarily in clients’ homes and community settings
