Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Gainesville, GA home health team. You will provide patient-centered care on a 1:1 basis, following each patient’s plan of care in a supportive, compassionate environment.

The role offers a $5k sign-on bonus for external candidates, full-time weekday visits, and opportunities for growth within a growing company.

Qualifications

• LPN/LPT/LVN degree with active licensure in the state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of car insurance.
• CPR professional certification.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.
• Home Health care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing 1:1 care for client following client’s plan of care at all times while maintaining client’s dignity and independence.
• Administering medications, feedings, oxygen, ostomy care as needed per client’s plan of care and assessed results.
• Documenting nursing actions of all care given and communication with family, case manager, and physicians; report changes to team.
• Coordinating or ordering supplies, medications, and feedings to ensure adequate stock.
• Ensuring all patient needs are met per physician instructions.
