Job summary

Mainstay Supportive Housing and Home Care, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Home Health Aide in Boston, MA. You will provide compassionate 1:1 support in a permanent housing setting, assisting with daily living activities and medications while documenting progress and communicating with the care team.

The role emphasizes patience, confidentiality, and teamwork within a growing program that serves residents with diverse needs. Prior HHA experience and CPR/First Aid are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; HHA certification preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience with individuals with disabilities or in a residential setting is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or ability to obtain within 30 days).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 direct care according to each member’s care plan.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including hygiene, dressing, mobility, feeding, toileting, and medication reminders.
• Help with laundry, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship.
• Record daily logs and progress in the GPS system; report changes to supervisor.
