ExpertCare is seeking a Direct Care Worker to provide 1:1 support to recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will assist with skill-building activities and accompany clients to community settings to foster personal growth beyond the home.

The role is full- or part-time, requiring compassion, reliability, and the ability to follow detailed care plans while maintaining communication with caregivers and families.
