Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or teaching credential are a plus.
• Ability to teach English Composition, Literature, Language Arts, World and U.S. History, Government, Economics, Humanities, and Electives.
• Experience with diverse learners, including learning differences and mental health challenges.
• Mentoring experience and a passion for social-emotional learning.
• Outgoing, adaptable, and thriving in a student-centered environment.
• Technologically proficient and open to learning new tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Growth mindset with flexibility to pivot and problem-solve.
• Florida residents require level 2 background screening.
