Job summary

Kindly Direct Care is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional to provide one-to-one support for a 21-year-old with developmental disabilities in Millstone Township, NJ 08535. The role focuses on companionship, supervision, and consistent care, with exact posted hours on Saturdays.

You will help maintain safety, assist with daily routines, and document services while communicating reliably with the Kindly team.

Qualifications

• Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule.
• Experience preferred.
• Reliable vehicle and clean driving record may be required.
• Complete onboarding, background checks, and training.

Responsibilities

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and/or in the community.
• Provide in-home support for a 21-year-old who is nonverbal and has epilepsy; focus on supervision and daily activities.
• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.
• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.
• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.
• Complete required documentation after services and communicate with the Kindly team.
