Job summary

Covenant Case Management Services seeks compassionate Direct Care Support Professionals to provide one-on-one care for individuals with intellectual disabilities in home and community settings. You will support daily living activities, ensure safety, and accompany individuals to the Dream Center.

Strong communication and a patient demeanor are essential. Responsibilities include personal care, meal prep, medication administration, caregiving at the Dream Center, and transportation.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to pass a background check.
Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and patient demeanor.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one support, assistance, and companionship.
Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
Ensure the individual's safety and well-being in the home and community.
Transport the individual to and from the Dream Center.
Assist the individual in completing daily living activities, including toileting, dressing, and supervision.
Work with the individual at the Dream Center.

Education
