Job summary

St. Joseph's Villa is currently recruiting for 1:1 Counselors to join the Dooley School. This position works under the direction and supervision of the Principal in the assigned school serving children with behavioral and emotional challenges as well as cognitive or developmental delays.

The Counselor works in a collaborative, team-based model with a selected student to implement individual lesson and behavioral plans using a psycho-educational, systems approach. Assignment may be at one of St.
