Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care seeks a part-time Behavioral Therapy Aide to provide 1:1 behavioral therapy in home or community settings under BCBA supervision. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 6 months of relevant experience (healthcare setting preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between assignments/locations daily.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy to individuals in home or community settings.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide progress feedback to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate effectively with team and management.
