Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services Corporation's SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is recruiting a Behavioral Technician to provide 1:1 behavioral therapy in a clinic setting.

You will implement treatment goals under supervision, track client progress, and communicate with your BCBA and team to ensure quality care.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma and at least six months of related work or volunteer experience in healthcare, with willingness to pursue RBT certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus at least six months of related experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team; willingness to travel to multiple assignments if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 treatment to individuals in need of behavioral therapy in a clinic setting
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide feedback regarding progress to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Understands and adheres to company’s policy and procedures
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information
• Work effectively as a team contributor on all interactions and assignments
• Work independently while understanding the importance of constant communication and coordinating work efforts with management and staff
• Other duties as assigned
