Qualifications

Experience or coursework with children with visual impairments, multiple disabilities, or behavior.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with daily routines per IEP.

Responsibilities

Provide direct one-on-one behavior intervention support per the student’s IEP with the Behavior Specialist.
Implement PBSP-based programming and document behavior data daily.
Assist with lifting, positioning, daily routines, feeding and self-care tasks as directed.
Follow PBSP and remain flexible with daily assignments and supervision.
Collaborate with Educational Team and therapists on behavior goals.
