Roles and responsibilities of the Instructional Aide include:

Education and/or Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Associates Degree preferred

• Current Educational Aide Permit or qualified to be licensed as an Educational Aide through the Ohio Department of Education

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Performs work in an office setting with moderate levels of noise, sitting for long periods of time, repetitive motion using computers and phones, with exposure to fluorescent lighting.
• Needs to be able to move about the school building to support a student, sit and stand for extended periods of time.
