Job summary

Compass Behavioral Group in Virginia offers hands-on ABA therapy for children with autism and developmental needs. As a Behavior Technician, you’ll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, clinic, or community settings and collaborate with BCBAs to implement treatment plans.

You’ll coaching caregivers, maintain accurate session data, and participate in supervision and professional development through tuition assistance and BCBA/BCaBA pathways.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; driving preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Psychology, Education, Social Work or related field.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, clinic, or community settings.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to implement treatment plans.
• Coach and communicate with caregivers to support progress.
• Maintain accurate session documentation and data collection.
