Seacrest Behavioral Health in Pooler, GA seeks a dedicated professional to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children with autism and developmental delays in home and center settings. You will implement plans created by BCBAs, collect data, and collaborate with families to reinforce goals.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential or willingness/ability to obtain required certification.
• Strong data collection and documentation skills.

• Ability to work effectively with families and a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Follow behavior intervention plans consistently to support skill development and positive behavioral outcomes.
• Collect accurate, detailed behavior and skill data and assist with reporting and documentation.
• Collaborate with families and the clinical team to reinforce goals and strategies.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision to strengthen clinical effectiveness.
