Job summary

MEP Health is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide 1:1, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism and developmental delays in home and center-based settings. You will implement treatment plans and record progress, working closely with BCBAs and families to support meaningful goals.

You will collect data, adapt interventions, and maintain clear communication with the team, contributing to ongoing learning and client success through consistent, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles and practices.
• Ability to follow behavior plans and implement treatment strategies accurately.
• Comfortable with data collection and documentation of client progress.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to coordinate with BCBAs and families.

Responsibilities
