Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) in Ocean Gate, NJ to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will help develop communication, social, and independence skills while under hands-on training and mentorship from a BCBA.

The role requires after-school hours and/or weekend availability, a high school diploma (college coursework in psychology or education is a plus), and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college coursework in psychology or education a plus.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
