Job summary

Apploi in Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship from a supervising BCBA.

Part-time role with flexible afternoon/evenings; competitive pay of $22–$28/hr and eligible benefits for staff. A high school diploma is required, with college coursework in psychology/education a plus, plus reliable

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology/education is a plus.
• Experience or strong interest in working with children with autism.
• Ability to travel to homes and work in client environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
