Job summary

Autism Center of Excellence in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism through one-to-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data in the electronic system, and collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team to promote communication, social, and daily living skills.

• Current RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between service locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect session data and document in the electronic system.
• Support communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Follow behavior intervention and safety plans.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members.
• Maintain professional interactions with clients and families.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
