Job summary

Aluma Care, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic in Wichita, KS. You will implement BCBA-designed plans and collect on-going progress data, partnering with families and teammates for client success.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Prior ABA therapy or child-work experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
